Що робити
- Own the business performance of the Borrow and Credit Line products, including achieving revenue, profitability, and other target KPIs;
- Develop and execute the operational strategy for lending products in alignment with the company’s business objectives;
- Design and adjust credit policies, including LTV parameters, liquidation thresholds, borrowing limits, and collateral requirements;
- Monitor the achievement of financial targets in collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams;
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the lending direction;
Що очікуємо
- At least 7 years of experience managing financial, lending, or investment products, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions;
- Strong understanding of liquidity cost management, capital allocation, and lending portfolio profitability;
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency products, lending products, and digital asset markets;
- Solid understanding of collateral management, liquidation mechanisms, margin requirements, and credit limit frameworks;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven and financially sound decisions;
