- Solid experience (at least 3+ years) with business requirements analysis in IT.
- Experience working with complex systems involving numerous integrations with internal and external services.
- Confident knowledge of business analysis diagrams and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, ERD, Use Case, Sequence, Activity, Context, Role/Responsibility, Dependency, Flowchart, State and Data Flow).
- Understanding of UX principles and patterns.
- Backlog and release management.
