- Audit existing processes, team structure, and security procedures; identify risks and implement improvements.
- Develop and implement security strategies to prevent potential threats and incidents.
- Oversee employee security procedures throughout the entire lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Ensure the physical security of offices, facilities, corporate events, and company assets.
Що очікуємо
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate, physical, or economic security.
- Experience in an international company with offices in multiple countries.
- Proven team management experience, with at least 2 direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, physical, and economic security.
- Experience with personnel background checks, internal audits, and polygraph testing.
