Що робити
- Develop and execute the Billing / Payments strategy across international markets.
- Manage PSP relationships, including provider selection, partnership development, integration planning, and implementation oversight.
- Audit existing teams and processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement systematic improvements.
- Drive the automation of payment processes, monitoring, reporting, and operational controls.
- Establish KPI frameworks and monitor conversion rates, payment method availability, transaction errors, and liquidity.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience managing teams of 10–20+ specialists, preferably within large-scale organizations.
- Hands-on experience in payments, billing, financial operations, or related fields.
- Experience auditing and optimizing business processes and automating operations.
- Strong understanding of financial performance indicators, payment metrics, and performance evaluation principles.
- Experience working with technical teams and managing integrations.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in iGaming or betting.
- Experience managing PSPs across international markets.
- Understanding of high-risk payments, APMs, P2P payments, payment routing, and cascading strategies.
