Що робити
- Own the company’s AI/ML direction, roadmap, architecture, standards, and delivery.
- Stay hands-on: design systems, write and review code, run experiments, and solve hard technical problems.
- Lead the development of AI/ML systems for perception, decision-making, and autonomous behavior.
- Choose the right methods for each problem, from classical algorithms to learning-based approaches.
- Define the data, simulation, experimentation, metrics, and validation strategy.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience building and deploying production ML systems, with depth in computer vision and perception.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, training, optimization, evaluation, and failure analysis.
- Expert-level Python and PyTorch, with strong software architecture and engineering practices.
- Ability to frame ambiguous learning problems and design effective experiments and validation.
- Familiarity with classical CV, camera geometry, calibration, optical flow, or tracking.
