- Build and lead the affiliate marketing strategy for the Ukrainian market.
- Launch, manage, and scale the company’s affiliate program from the pre-launch stage.
- Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners.
- Develop long-term relationships with affiliates, media buyers, networks, and key industry partners.
- Own affiliate acquisition targets, performance KPIs, budgets, and ROI.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian iGaming market.
- Solid existing network of affiliates, media buyers, and industry partners.
- Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs for casino, betting, or gaming products.
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, player acquisition, retention, and LTV.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience working with online casino products in Ukraine.
- Existing relationships with top Ukrainian affiliate partners.
- Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, BI dashboards, or CRM systems.
- Previous experience in a pre-launch or startup-stage iGaming product.
- Understanding of local Ukrainian payment methods, regulations, and player behavior.
