📋 Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined GTM Engineer (SDR) to join YTC and become the engine of our outbound lead generation. This is a full-time, in-house role — not a fractional or outsourced position. You will own the entire outbound motion: from building and maintaining our prospecting infrastructure and tool stack, to running multichannel campaigns, enriching prospect data, and managing responses across the full funnel.
You will work closely with YTC leadership and an external GTM advisor who will support your onboarding and ongoing growth.
🧙♂️ In This Role You Will
Build and maintain outbound infrastructure: email domains, mailboxes, sequencing and LinkedIn outreach tools (e.g. Instantly, Heyreach), and deliverability monitoring.
Research and build ICP-qualified prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clay, and other enrichment tools.
Launch and manage multichannel outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn), testing different offers and messaging hypotheses.
Handle all inbound responses — including positive, negative, and ambiguous replies — and push qualified prospects through the funnel.
Work with personalization signals and triggers to craft relevant, high-conversion outreach.
Run weekly deliverability checks and maintain inbox health across the sending infrastructure.
Translate GTM hypotheses from leadership into structured, testable campaigns — and report on results.
Coordinate hand-offs of Sales Accepted Leads to the sales team.

👌 Role Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales roles.
Proven experience running outbound email and/or LinkedIn campaigns — not just assisting, but owning them.
Familiarity with outbound tooling: sequencers (Instantly, Lemlist, Outreach, or similar), LinkedIn outreach tools (Heyreach, Expandi, or similar), and prospecting/enrichment tools (Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar).
Ability to manage email infrastructure basics: domain setup, mailbox warmup, deliverability testing.
Strong written English — B2 level or higher. You will be writing outreach copy targeting English-speaking markets (US/EU).
Analytical mindset: ability to read campaign results, spot patterns, and iterate on what isn't working.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
Nice to have
Experience with Clay for data enrichment and campaign personalization.
Familiarity with AI-assisted outreach workflows (e.g. using LLMs to personalize copy at scale).
Background in B2B outreach targeting technical buyers: CTOs, Engineering Managers, Heads of Product.
Experience selling or promoting IT/software services (vs. SaaS products).
Understanding of ICP tiering and qualification frameworks (e.g. Sales Accepted Leads, BANT, or similar).
Exposure to content-led outreach strategies (combining LinkedIn content + outreach).
