Що робити
- Build end-to-end outbound pipelines: sourcing → enrichment → scoring → email + LinkedIn sequences
- Set up signal-based prospecting (funding, hiring, tech-stack triggers)
- Use LLMs to personalize outreach at scale
- Own deliverability, CRM data hygiene, and reporting (reply rates, meetings, pipeline)
- Experiment with copy, targeting, and channels; iterate on results
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years in GTM engineering, growth automation, RevOps, or SDR ops
- Hands-on with Clay (or similar enrichment tools) and n8n / Make / Zapier
- Experience with cold-email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist) and deliverability basics
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data wrangling; basic Python/JS is a plus
- CRM administration experience (HubSpot or similar)
