Keenethics is looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Specialist who enjoys combining structured marketing operations with experimentation and creative thinking.

What you’ll do
Coordinate external SEO vendors and monitor the quality and progress of their work.
Manage content creation together with copywriters for our website, blog, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
Review content, prepare briefs, and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
Support outreach campaigns by preparing marketing assets and collaborating closely with the Sales team.
Research and test new marketing channels, content formats and lead generation ideas.
Participate in PR initiatives and help identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Work closely with our R&D team to validate marketing hypotheses, explore new acquisition channels and evaluate experiments.
Monitor ongoing marketing activities, keep projects organized and ensure deadlines are met.
We’re looking for someone who has
2+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content marketing, growth marketing or a similar role.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience working with SEO agencies or freelancers.
Experience coordinating content creation and working with copywriters.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate results and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Curiosity, ownership and willingness to experiment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
Experience with outreach or demand generation campaigns.
Experience with LinkedIn marketing, Reddit, communities or PR initiatives.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar tools.
Experience working in an IT outsourcing or software development company.
