- Build and scale the marketing team, defining structure, priorities, and operating processes.
- Hire, develop, and manage talent across ecosystem marketing, growth, content, community, design, brand, PR, and partner marketing.
- Define and execute Whitechain's marketing strategy across builders, protocols, and users.
- Own planning and budget allocation
- Spend-to-outcome monitoring and reallocate based on what works.
Що очікуємо
- 6+ years total marketing, with at least 3 years marketing infrastructure projects (L1, L2, rollups, middleware, oracles, bridges, dev tooling), not just consumer apps or tokens.
- Built and led a marketing team from a small base.
- Proven track record of growth that converts into durable on-chain outcomes (sustained TVL, active users). Thinks in funnels (awareness, builder and user acquisition, activation, retention) and owns the outcome metric end to end, not just top-of-funnel reach
- Strategic and hands-on. Sets the strategy and, in the early build phase before the team is staffed, executes directly: positioning, content, launches.
- Demonstrated full-funnel growth with real numbers: CAC by channel, activation, retention, on-chain attribution.
