Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Based in Eastern Europe / Ukraine or Mexico City)

In this role, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll own the execution layer of our growth marketing—driving paid acquisition, email automation, website optimization, and performance reporting. We are looking for a hands-on builder, not just a strategist or a coordinator. Within your first 6 to 9 months, you will transition to owning your domain end-to-end. You’ll manage our marketing infrastructure to keep systems seamless and campaigns moving efficiently.
This is a full-time, remote position with standard local business hours (with a few hours of daily overlap required with US Eastern time).
What You’ll Do
Run and optimize paid acquisition across search, social, retargeting and new channels
Build and test landing pages, and improve website conversion
Grow organic visibility through SEO and on-site improvements
Build and improve email campaigns and nurture journeys
Track performance, maintain dashboards, and turn results into next steps
You’ll also support product launches, webinars, events and sales-enablement assets, along with other marketing initiatives as the team needs.
What We’re Looking For
At minimum 3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience (SaaS is a plus)
Deep, hands-on expertise in at least one growth area above, and working knowledge of the rest
Results you can explain: what you did, how it was measured, what changed
AI-native: you use AI every day to work faster, and you’ve built workflows, automations or tools you can show us
Fluent professional English
Preferred experience: Pardot (or HubSpot / Marketo), Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, CMS or page builder; light HTML/CSS
