THE ROLE
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is deeply focused on structured experimentation and scalable acquisition. At this stage of growth, the product is validated, and the focus is on building a repeatable and measurable growth engine across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for identifying, testing, and optimizing acquisition channels that deliver the strongest conversion efficiency and long-term value.
This is a highly experimental, data-driven role where speed of learning is critical. You will evaluate and iterate across a mix of channels including content marketing, influencer partnerships, paid acquisition, outbound campaigns, and third-party platforms.
You will be expected to operate with a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working directly with company leadership and contributing to how the go-to-market function evolves.
WHAT YOU'LL OWNStrategy & Channel Development
Evaluate and prioritize acquisition channels including content, influencer partnerships, paid media, outbound, and third-party review platforms
Build and maintain a quarterly growth strategy supported by clear reasoning and performance data
Identify and test partnerships within relevant creator and influencer ecosystems aligned with target audiences
Develop and manage presence on relevant software and B2B review platforms
Stay current on market trends in digital media, creator ecosystems, and B2B acquisition strategies
Content & Thought Leadership
Write and publish original long-form content covering industry trends, product-relevant insights, and market perspectives
Create LinkedIn posts, short-form content, and campaign messaging aligned with a consistent brand voice
Translate complex industry topics into clear, structured, and engaging narratives
Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence
Social Media Management
Own day-to-day execution across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Manage publishing schedules, engagement, and community interaction
Maintain consistency of tone, messaging, and positioning across channels
Track and report performance metrics including engagement, reach, and growth trends
Paid Acquisition
Set up and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar channels
Develop ad copy, targeting strategies, and campaign structures
Monitor performance on a daily/weekly basis and run structured A/B testing
Optimize campaigns based on key metrics including CTR, CPL, and pipeline contribution
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights
Outbound & Campaign Support
Support outbound marketing initiatives including list research, messaging support, and campaign coordination
Assist in execution of email-based campaigns and related workflows
Track performance and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
Maintain accurate campaign documentation and reporting
Reporting & Analytics
Consolidate performance data across channels into weekly and monthly reports
Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Maintain dashboards for visibility into key growth metrics across all channels
