We are hiring on behalf of our client – a global advertising network specialising in push notifications, native ads, popunders, and in-page formats. They work with advertisers and publishers worldwide. They are now launching their first owned mobile apps and need someone to own the full growth function from day one.
This is a full ownership role for someone who knows how to turn a new mobile app into a revenue machine. You will design the growth playbook, run the funnels, own the creative strategy, and keep every team that touches acquisition pointed in the same direction.
You will not be stepping into an existing system. You will build the approach, set the metrics, and execute directly – with leadership access and real resources behind you.
What you will own
Cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product, and analytics
Go-to-market strategy for new apps: ICPs, offers, messaging, W2W/W2A funnels, paywalls, email, and onboarding flows
Media planning with UA: testing roadmap, targets, CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV
Creative strategy: generating and systematising winning angles, scripts, and concepts
Tracking infrastructure, dashboards, and automation in partnership with Tech and Data
Prioritisation decisions: what to scale, what to kill, what to test next
Must-have
3+ years in performance marketing or growth for mobile apps or subscriptions (W2W/W2A)
Strong hands-on experience in creative strategy and funnel optimisation – web and/or app
Confident with numbers: cohort tables, CAC/ROAS, LTV – can read them and make decisions from them
Strong cross-functional communication: can keep UA, Creative, Product, and Data aligned without losing momentum
Comfortable in fast-moving, test-and-learn environments
B2 English, written and verbal
Nice to have
Experience with mobile attribution platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar)
Familiarity with automation tools: Make, Zapier, or similar
Background in adtech, affiliate, or media monetisation
Experience working in or with an advertising network
