Influence Pro Services launches a portfolio of B2C consumer products into the US market in the health & wellness, money & career, lifestyle and productivity niches. This is a role with a focus on launching products from scratch - from initial validation campaigns and finding product-channel fit to scaling channels after PMF.
What will you do
Launch performance campaigns on the US market from scratch: Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads — from the first dollar to scalable budgets
Build and protect the product's unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS at different horizons, contribution margin
Configure the attribution stack: MMP, SKAdNetwork / AEM conversion value mapping, Conversions API, server-side tracking
Develop and launch experiments: creative testing, paywall A/B tests, onboarding variations, price tests, geo-experiments
Work with paywall optimization and monetization: structure, intro offers, trial mechanics, win-back
Manage creative production: briefs for designers, creative testing frameworks
Build an ASO strategy for mobile products: keyword research, metadata, visual ASO, CPP mapping to paid creatives
Work with retention/lifecycle layer: email, push, in-app
Participate in forming the unit's growth team together with the CCO as we scale
What we expect
4+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing of B2C products
Proven experience launching B2C products in the US market from scratch or at an early stage
Experience working with subscription mobile/web products in Tier 1 markets
Deep knowledge of unit economics: blended vs paid CAC, predicted LTV, payback, D7/D30/D90 ROAS, contribution margin after refunds and chargebacks
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads — at least 3 out of 4 channels at the level of self-launch and scale
Working with analytics: Amplitude / Mixpanel
Experience in A/B testing with an understanding of statistical significance, sample size, holdout groups
English Upper-Intermediate and above
Ownership-mindset: full responsibility for ROAS and payback of your unit
Will be a plus
Experience in 0-to-1 launches or startup environment
ASO expertise (AppTweak / Sensor Tower / Data.ai)
Experience with influencer / UGC paid amplification, whitelisting campaigns
SEO experience for web-funnels
Experience in mentoring or participation in hiring a growth team
