Що робити

  • Manage and Scale Non-Organic Channels: Build, launch, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), and alternative paid acquisition channels.
  • End-to-End Project and Process Management: Lead growth projects and initiatives from scratch. Independently build, optimize, and manage marketing workflows and processes to ensure fast-paced execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively communicate, align, and collaborate directly with other team members (designers, copywriters, analysts, developers) and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
  • Data-Driven Hypothesis Testing: Constantly generate, prioritize, and test new growth hypotheses. Run rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Build clear dashboards, track funnel performance from the first click to paying customer, and provide regular updates and insights to the Head of Growth.

Що очікуємо

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, or PPC Specialist (ideally within the B2B SaaS or tech product space).
  • Deep Understanding of Metrics & Funnels: Strong command of unit economics and marketing KPIs. You live and breathe metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPA, CR (Conversion Rates), and funnel velocity. Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS Funnel for ICP = SMB US (Small and Medium Businesses in the US market) is required.
  • Pure Data-Driven Approach: You don't rely on gut feelings. You analyze complex data sets, uncover hidden trends, identify conversion bottlenecks, and turn raw numbers into actionable growth strategies.
  • Ability to Present and Justify with Data: Strong presentation and communication skills. You can clearly articulate your ideas, build data-backed business cases, and confidently justify budget allocations or strategy pivots using hard data.
  • Ownership and Proactivity: A self-starter mindset. You don't wait for tasks to be assigned or processes to be set up; you proactively identify areas of growth, build necessary workflows, and take full responsibility for the outcomes.
