• Build marketing strategy for each product we launch — from acquisition channels to positioning and growth. This is the core of the role.
• In parallel, build out marketing and brand for Top Netics as a company.
• Develop growth strategy: acquisition channels, funnels, growth hypotheses.
• Build a funnel metrics system (acquisition → activation → retention → revenue) shared across all products.
• Define a traffic allocation model — the principles for how budget and attention are distributed across products based on stage and potential.
