We expect you to:
Have proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing
Be skilled in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Figma — or equivalent tools
Understand what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform
Be a visual storyteller with a feel for pacing and a sharp eye for detail
Be curious about how AI can be applied to creative work
Work independently and take ownership of your projects
Communicate clearly in English
