Bee's Knees is growing our expertise in the US, and we're looking for a sourcing partner who knows the US tech scene inside out (New York, San Francisco, Austin (TX), and any other geographies are a plus).
We need someone to build strong candidate pipelines for software engineering, DevOps, and AI roles, with a focus on reaching passive talent.
What the role involves:
Proactive sourcing and personalised outreach (core focus)
Candidate screening and qualification (a strong plus)
You'll be a great fit if you:
Have hands-on experience sourcing engineering talent in the US
