Що робити
- Core Focus: Sourcing & Search
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases;— Apply boolean search logic and AI-powered tools to identify and surface relevant profiles efficiently;
- Build and maintain a warm talent pool for recurring roles, with a primary focus on Sales and Marketing;
- Recruitment Documentation
- Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices;
Що очікуємо
- 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience in an outsourced/outstaff company;
- Good understanding of the IT Market;
- Experience in hiring engineers in Ukraine, Europe/Latin America;
- Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- Experience working with ATS system, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search;
