Що робити
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Proactively source qualified candidates using diverse methods and strategies to build and sustain robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct HR/screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ cultural fit, motivation, and basic qualifications.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand client needs and role specifics, facilitating the finding of the best fit.
- Guide candidates through the interview stages, providing timely feedback and ensuring an excellent, transparent candidate experience.
Що очікуємо
- 3 years of professional experience in IT sourcing and/or recruiting, preferably for technical positions.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Solid understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify and assess relevant candidates.
- Experience in conducting screening/HR interviews and evaluating candidates’ soft skills and motivation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages, communicating with candidates, and managing the recruitment process smoothly.
