- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from vacancy intake to offer stage;
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Team Leads to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies;
- Improve and refine job descriptions and candidate requirements;
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including direct search, social media, professional communities, and networking;
- Conduct CV screening and HR interviews;
Що очікуємо
- 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Hands-on experience with direct search (headhunting), sourcing, and modern recruitment tools;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
- Ability to multitask and manage several vacancies simultaneously;
