- Audit current operational processes across departments and identify bottlenecks
- Design and roll out KPI systems for department managers
- Own resource planning and bench management together with PM leads
- Drive AI adoption across operational workflows — from automation tools to internal agents
- Own budgeting and forecasting for delivery-related costs
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years in a COO / Operations Director / Head of Delivery role in an IT outsourcing or software development company
- Proven track record of improving delivery margins, utilization, or operational efficiency
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation in business operations, not just AI tool usage
- Strong financial literacy — P&L ownership, budgeting, unit economics
- Experience designing and rolling out KPI/OKR systems across departments
