- Build recruitment from 0 to 1: Design, implement, and continuously improve our hiring processes, tools, and workflows from the ground up.
- Scale our global expert network: Establish a systematic, repeatable recruitment process for our platform's freelance researchers and technical experts, capable of onboarding tens to hundreds of specialists.
- Grow our core team: Own end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across research, engineering, operations, and business functions.
- Lead candidate engagement: Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Represent our employer brand: Become one of the key external faces of ARIMLABS, building meaningful relationships with exceptional talent and strengthening our reputation in the research and technology communities.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience establishing or scaling recruitment processes from scratch, particularly in startups or high-growth companies.
- Previous experience combining hands-on recruitment with team management or leadership responsibilities.
- Experience recruiting technical specialists, researchers, engineers, or other highly specialized talent.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment, freelance talent networks, or international contractor sourcing.
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to integrate recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and automation into a company's existing technology ecosystem.
