Що робити

• Develop and validate the accelerator concept
• Work directly with the CEO to define the accelerator’s goals, focus areas, positioning, and success criteria.
• Assess the needs of individual founders and early-stage robotics and defence-tech ventures, drawing on relevant international accelerator models.
• Develop and present a launch proposal covering market demand, the operating model, financial requirements, key risks, and milestones.
• Define the program structure, participation terms, selection criteria, and support offered to founders.
