Critical Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Financial Manager.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level
Ability to conduct negotiations with vendors
Strong knowledge of P&L, Cash Flow, and financial analytics in the iGaming sector.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
Hands-on experience in collaboration with counterparties and financial specialists.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong analytical mindset, high level of organization, and attention to detail.
Understanding of cryptocurrency payments.
Functional Responsibilities
Management of project budgets (annual, quarterly, monthly) and control of their execution.
Analysis and management of P&L, Cash Flow, and preparation of financial reports.
Monitoring payments for team services and tools.
Setting and tracking financial tasks via Jira. Implementation of cost optimization initiatives across projects.
Optimization of financial processes and expenses, identifying effective solutions to increase profitability
