We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst / Affiliate Reconciliation Specialist to manage partner settlements and financial reconciliations.
In this role, you will:
Affiliate Settlements & Reconciliations: Oversee and manage financial transactions with affiliates, conducting regular and comprehensive financial reconciliations.
Balance & Data Verification: Reconcile performance and traffic statistics with partners, maintain accurate affiliate balances, and track payment statuses end-to-end.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Anti-Fraud Unit, Affiliate Management Team, Treasury Team, and external partners to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant financial operations.
Discrepancy Resolution: Autonomously identify root causes of data or payout mismatches and lead communication with partners to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
Professional Experience: At least 2 year of experience as a Financial Manager, Financial Analyst, Reconciliation Specialist, Billing Specialist, or in a similar financial operations role.
Industry Background: Prior experience in iGaming or Affiliate Marketing / Media Buying is a strong advantage.
Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (large dataset manipulation, complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation models).
Analytical Skills: High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a structured mindset when handling large volumes of financial data.
Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and address discrepancies with external counterparties diplomatically.
Language Proficiency:
Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher), specifically for clear and effective written communication with international partners
