Що робити
- Reporting and close
- Own financial reporting and drive the month-end and year-end close processes
- Establish a documented close calendar with named owners, cut-off rules and reconciliation checkpoints — and hold the group to it
- Own group reporting across the Estonian parent and the Ukrainian subsidiary, including intercompany elimination
- Accounting policy under external scrutiny
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years in financial controlling or financial reporting, built on a strong professional foundation — either Big 4 / Big 10 practice experience followed by hands-on industry work, or equivalent depth gained in-house, preferably at international or large Ukrainian companies
- Practical experience preparing a company for IFRS adoption and external audit
- Hands-on experience with cross-border group structures and non-resident entities: intercompany services, transfer pricing documentation, currency control, cross-border payroll
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards (NAS). IFRS at the level of a confident practitioner who can write and defend a policy, not only apply one
- ACCA qualified or in progress
