• Reconcile transaction data across multiple merchants and PSPs — matching what PSP reports say happened against what our data shows and what our commercial terms say should be charged
• Manage a complex, dynamic pricing structure — rates vary by merchant, payment method, product type, market, and currency, and change as the business evolves
• Produce accurate USD revenue figures — P&L by merchant, approval rates, decline analysis, FX exposure
• Track FX exposure — catching where currency conversion is creating margin loss before it compounds
• Identify pricing gaps — transactions where no commercial schedule exists and revenue is being left on the table
