Analyse accounting policies, reporting principles, chart of accounts, cost centre structures and financial processes across the holding’s entities.
Assess whether entity-level reporting can be accurately mapped, reconciled and aggregated into holding-level management and financial reporting.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies or risks that may affect consolidation, comparability, data quality or stakeholder interpretation of financial results.
Design and improve group-level reporting frameworks, including management reporting, shareholder reporting and IFRS-aligned reporting packages.
Support financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting.

Strong background in financial controlling, financial planning, management reporting, group reporting or financial consulting.
Good understanding of IFRS, group reporting and consolidation principles.
Experience working with multi-entity, holding-company or international business structures.
Ability to analyse entity-level reporting practices and assess their suitability for holding-level aggregation and stakeholder reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, performance reporting and management information.

Experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation or reporting automation projects.
Experience working with international businesses, multiple currencies or cross-border reporting structures.
Experience collaborating with development teams, business analysts or ERP consultants in Agile or project-based environments.
Professional finance qualification or progress towards ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent.
