WeMatch is looking for an Event & Marketing Manager for our client, a performance marketing agency that helps growth-driven advertisers scale through smart media planning, data-driven acquisition and full-funnel optimization across leading ad platforms. In this role, you’ll keep the company’s events and marketing running smoothly: from getting the team to industry conferences to managing merch, social media and design tasks. You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, who will be your main point of contact and source of tasks.
What you’ll do:
Organize the team’s participation in industry conferences: find and book tickets, flights and hotels
Manage conference merch end to end: find and communicate with vendors, negotiate terms, and control logistics and quality
Run the company’s social media: content planning, creation and publishing
Brief the designer and manage all design tasks for the company’s marketing needs
Support the Chief Growth Officer with day-to-day marketing and event tasks
Bring your own ideas to strengthen the brand and its presence in the industry
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in marketing, event management or a similar role
Experience organizing business trips and participation in conferences or events
Experience working with vendors and contractors, including negotiating and quality control
Hands-on experience running social media for a company
Experience briefing designers and managing creative tasks
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks at once
Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, AdTech or digital advertising is a strong plus
