- Backend or full-stack focus: PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Go, C#, or TypeScript
- At least one legacy migration or tech-stack decoupling project you personally led
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) throughout the development cycle
