- As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handling the proposal process — from initial discovery calls to preparing and presenting proposals to prospects;
- Nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline management within the CRM system (preferably HubSpot);
- Tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to improve conversion rates and engagement strategies;
Що очікуємо
- We’re looking for an Engagement Manager who has:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT domain;
- Strong understanding of sales and business development processes, from lead generation to deal closure;
- Experience preparing and managing proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations);
- Organizational and managerial skills to coordinate and drive the proposal development process across teams;
