Що робити

Plan and launch newsletter campaigns across multiple US brands, matching the right content and affiliate offers to the right audience segments
Manage affiliate offer placement, test and rotate creatives, and optimize sends based on performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, CTOR, and revenue per send
Set up and maintain clean tracking infrastructure, including affiliate links, redirects, SubIDs, UTMs, and branded domains
Coordinate with affiliate partners on offers, payouts, caps, approvals, and account updates
Represent the company on video calls with US affiliate partners for onboarding, negotiations, and performance reviews

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in email marketing, newsletter operations, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
Strong understanding of the US market, especially consumer behavior, trends, and content context in finance or health & wellness
Hands-on experience with newsletter or email campaign execution, including working with multiple sends, audiences, or brands in parallel
Experience with affiliate offers and performance-based monetization models
Practical knowledge of tracking tools such as ClickMagick, RedTrack, AnyTrack, Rebrandly, Bitly, or similar
