We are an iGaming company operating in the LATAM market, focused on building a scalable and data-driven CRM ecosystem. As we prepare for a major traffic relaunch, we’re looking for an Email Marketing / CRM Specialist who will take ownership of our customer communication channels, restore CRM infrastructure, and build high-performing automated journeys that drive player retention and revenue.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on CRM position for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges as much as optimizing customer journeys.
Your primary mission during the first months will be to restore the existing CRM infrastructure, ensure all communication channels are fully operational, clean and validate the customer database, and launch the key automated lifecycle campaigns. Once the foundation is in place, you will own the development, optimization, and scaling of our CRM communication strategy across Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp using Smartico.
GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (first 2–3 months)
• Restore full functionality of all CRM communication channels (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp) within Smartico • Identify and resolve technical issues affecting message delivery, push tokens, and automation workflows • Audit the existing CRM infrastructure, customer database, and automation journeys • Clean and validate the customer database to improve deliverability and campaign performance • Launch the Welcome Journey (Day 0–7) to maximize FTD → Second Deposit conversion • Prepare the CRM ecosystem for traffic relaunch with fully functional triggers, validated audiences, and ready-to-use content
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build, optimize, and maintain automated CRM journeys across Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp • Audit and improve existing CRM workflows and customer lifecycle communications • Segment users based on behavioral, transactional, and financial data • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs • Monitor and improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, inbox placement) • Create and edit responsive email templates using basic HTML/CSS • Configure UTM tracking and monitor campaign attribution • Analyze CRM performance metrics including Open Rate, CTR, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, and Deposit Conversion • Collaborate with Retention, Product, and Marketing teams to improve customer engagement and retention • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize CRM performance and customer lifecycle automation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation • Experience working with Smartico or similar CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, OneSignal, etc.) • Experience building automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices • Experience using Google Analytics or BI tools to measure campaign performance and conversions • Ability to work independently and manage multiple CRM initiatives simultaneously • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail • English level B2+ (written and spoken)
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, or other high-frequency transaction products • Experience working with LATAM markets or Spanish-speaking audiences • Basic SQL knowledge for audience segmentation • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template editing
