- Experience with motors for UAVs, drones, robotics, or aerospace.
- Python or other programming skills for calculation and optimization automation.
- Experience with ML-based surrogate modeling, parameter optimization, or design optimization.
- Experience with experimental test benches and validation of simulation results.
