Full-time, remote.
What you’ll be growing
A crypto escrow and payments platform: escrow for deals, off-ramp to a bank account and to a physical card. We’re launching publicly in the coming months, not with a waitlist but with a live product, and you’ll own getting it in front of the right people and turning them into users who actually transact.
Two more products sit alongside it and will take part of your time: a crypto card, and a high-ticket B2B service for UAE company formation and financial structuring. Same stack, very different audiences and funnels.
We’re not looking for someone who’s watched three YouTube videos on SEO and now calls themselves a growth expert. We’re looking for someone who has done this many times, has the scars, and can show the numbers.
This is a hands-on role
There’s no marketing team to hand things to, at least at the start, so you’ll be doing the marketing work, not managing it: tracking, campaigns, copy, testing, reporting. You won’t be alone on production though: a product designer handles banners, creatives and landing page design, and developers handle the builds. Your job is to know exactly what you need from them and ask for it precisely. The way to make all this sustainable is to use AI and automation aggressively, and we expect you to already work that way.
Once we’ve launched and the numbers show what’s working, we’ll hire around that: specialists for the channels that pay back, and a team for you to lead. You’ll shape that hire yourself.
What you’ll own
Acquisition that doesn’t depend on Google and Meta approving us. Crypto products get restricted or banned on the big ad platforms. You’ll build a channel mix that works anyway: SEO and content, crypto-native media and communities, Telegram, affiliate and referral programmes, partnerships, and paid where it’s possible. There is a budget for this, and we expect you to spend it like it’s your own.
Testing as the default way of working. Every landing page, headline, offer, onboarding step, email and ad goes through a split test before we call it done. You design the hypothesis, set the sample size and success metric, run the test, read the result honestly and ship the winner. If you’ve never run an A/B test with a real stopping rule, this role isn’t for you.
The funnel from first visit to first transaction. Registration is not the goal; a completed deal or off-ramp is. You’ll set up the tracking (GA4, events, UTMs, attribution across Google, LinkedIn, Telegram, direct and WhatsApp), find where people drop, and fix it with the product team.
Search in all its forms. Technical and on-page SEO, keyword strategy, backlinks and digital PR, Search Console and Ahrefs/Semrush. Plus GEO/AEO: getting our products referenced by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and the other answer engines. Nobody has a formula for that yet; you need to understand where search is going and be running experiments on it.
Lifecycle and retention. Email and messaging automation for onboarding, activation and reactivation. For the B2B service, where one deal can be worth 100x another, sales cycles run for weeks and close on WhatsApp or calls, lead quality beats lead volume every time.
Landing pages and copy. You own what the page says and why, and whether it converts. Design and build come from the team; you brief them, test the result and iterate. Small changes you can make yourself (WordPress/Elementor on one of the sites) without waiting on anyone.
What the first months look like
Month 1: tracking in place end-to-end, funnel baseline measured, launch plan with channels ranked by expected cost per transacting user, first tests running.
Months 2–3: launch executed; split tests shipped with documented results; first affiliate/partner deals live; weekly report on cost per registration and cost per first transaction by channel.
Month 6: we know which channels pay back and which don’t, and the budget is sitting where the data says it should.
