• Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, including:
• Small-scale Fixed Price projects (typically 2–3 projects in parallel), where the company is fully responsible for end-to-end delivery.
• Medium-scale Staff Augmentation projects with teams of approximately 10–20 employees, delivered under a Time & Materials (T&M) commercial model.
• Take full ownership of project delivery for Fixed Price engagements, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, quality, and financial performance.
• For Staff Augmentation engagements, take primary responsibility for people management, team performance, employee engagement, retention, and day-to-day operational management.
