Що робити
- Sales & Order Management
- Prepare, issue, and manage quotations, RFQs, and RFPs in coordination with the EU sales team
- Validate product configurations, pricing, and commercial terms on quotes and orders
- Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to quotes, orders, and delivery status
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, delivery coordination, or inside sales support
- Experience supporting B2B customers, ideally across European markets
- Practical understanding of order-to-cash processes and supply chain/logistics workflows
- Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor or similar)
