We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Integration Analyst with a background in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or a similar technical documentation role. In this position, you will gather, document, and coordinate integration requirements while acting as the bridge between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Data Integration Analyst, or in a similar role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Nice to have
Experience in the Healthcare domain
Experience working with X12 transactions (834, 837I, 837P, 837D, 835, 278, etc.)
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Confident, diplomatic, and persuasive communication style
What you’ll do
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders on the client side and with their vendors
Act as the primary liaison between clients, trading partners, and internal teams
Support the development team by providing interface mapping, documentation, testing, quality assurance, and functional guidance
Investigate and resolve production issues
Provide internal support to cross-functional teams when needed
Work with proprietary Enrollment, Claim, Accum, and X12 834 file types
Perform other related duties as required
