🎯 What you’ll do:
• Enter and update referral data from hospital systems into CRM (Salesforce)
• Work with multiple platforms, including hospital EMRs and internal tools
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all systems
• Manage high volumes of data entry while meeting productivity targets
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
• Follow established processes and guidelines in a compliance-driven environment
📚 What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus)
• Proficient typing skills
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems simultaneously
• Comfortable working under deadlines and performance targets
