Що робити
- Analyze search-related issues and select the most relevant resolution, following our workflows and policies.
- Review and correct large volumes of data, meticulously documenting issues for analysis.
- Escalate issues effectively to relevant internal teams.
- Perform deep dives and root cause analysis. Argumenting/preparing collected data for the engineering team.
- Work with mapping tools with high accuracy in accordance with guidelines.
