- Install, rack, and maintain physical servers and related hardware
- Perform basic BIOS configuration and hardware troubleshooting
- Assist with Linux system tasks (Ubuntu preferred)
- Respond to incidents and outages (on-call support)
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams
Що очікуємо
- Basic experience with server hardware and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Linux systems (Ubuntu is a plus)
- Understanding of data center operations (power, cooling, cabling basics)
- Ability to work on-site in Ashburn, VA
- Availability for on-call support
