- Analyze Billing and Support performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, retention, and costs
- Build and develop Support analytics including metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Analyze key billing areas: payment performance, renewals, refunds, disputes, fraud, and payment recovery
- Evaluate the impact of Billing and Support initiatives on business metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc investigations, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable insights
Що очікуємо
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar)
- Experience working with large-scale transactional and event-level datasets
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business problems into measurable metrics and analytical frameworks
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
- Understanding of subscription business models, recurring payments, and payment lifecycle
