- Describe and standardize processes, create process maps, and develop a unified customs methodology.
- Ensure customs compliance and oversee import, export, and transit procedures.
- Interact directly with the Czech customs authorities to resolve routine and non-standard situations.
- Organize processes for the correct execution and submission of customs declarations, as well as the archiving of customs documentation.
