- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers
- Provide customers with regular transportation updates
- Assign vehicle shipments to carriers using the internal system
- Monitor shipment progress and delivery status
- Resolve basic operational and communication issues
Що очікуємо
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic experience in customer support, logistics, dispatching, or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of U.S. geography, states, and major routes
- Availability to work during U.S. Central Time, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Strong communication and organizational skills
