Що робити
- Provide customer support to players via live chat.
- Respond to player inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist players with issues related to the platform.
- Use CRM systems and support tools to manage customer inquiries.
- Handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
Що очікуємо
- Experience: Previous experience in Customer Support is required. At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry is preferred.
- English: Intermediate level (B1) or higher, with the ability to communicate with players in chat and write clearly and accurately without relying on translation tools.
- CRM and Support Tools: Experience working with CRM systems, live chat platforms, and ticketing systems.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously, respond quickly to inquiries, and remain efficient during periods of high workload.
- Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and politely.
