Що робити
- Assist customers with on-line questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking via email, phone, chat etc. as needed.
- Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying customer’s needs.
- Act as the face of the Company to influence customers to order from us again.
Що очікуємо
- Strong proficiency in English, knowledge of Russian is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
