Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS company helping businesses take control over their spending. We’re scaling fast across global markets and looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who can own enterprise relationships, drive upsell revenue, and build long-term partnerships with clients.
This is a high-ownership role with a direct impact on revenue — not just support. If you thrive in a commercial, client-facing environment and know how to grow accounts, we’d love to talk.
What you’ll do
Maintain your customer portfolio and make your accounts grow by upselling and cross-selling
Onboard new clients and guide them through the full customer journey
Run regular calls, account reviews, and QBRs with key stakeholders
Prepare and coordinate commercial and legal documentation (contracts, offers, amendments) in collaboration with the legal team
Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction — proactively address risks before they become problems
Work closely with product, sales, and operations to resolve client needs and relay feedback
Contribute to building scalable CS processes as the team and product grow
What we’re looking for
3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a hybrid Sales/CS role
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a services-based company
Proven track record of growing accounts through upsell and cross-sell
Experience managing mid-size to enterprise clients
Able to navigate commercial discussions: pricing, contracts, discounts, and offer preparation
Strong written and verbal communication in English (B2 minimum)
Nice to have
Experience in a SaaS + services hybrid model
Background in sales or revenue-driven CS with clear KPI accountability
Familiarity with legal documentation and contract workflows
Ukrainian language — a real advantage
Startup experience — you’re comfortable with change and building things from scratch
