Що робити

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners through regular, transparent, and proactive communication
  • Conduct product trainings, presentations, and onboarding sessions, both online and offline
  • Support existing partners by providing timely assistance, helping them maximize platform opportunities, and resolving issues related to payments, penalties, and legal matters
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business Development, Support, Finance, and Legal to meet partner needs and support their growth
  • Analyze partner feedback and performance data to develop actionable recommendations for project improvement

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in related fields such as account management, customer support, consulting, or partner relationship management
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve challenges systematically
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive tasks through to completion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level
