About
We’re conducting a customer research study on contract-review habits, pricing, and retention across four US B2B segments for our product Loio (https://loio.com/). We’re looking for someone to recruit respondents, conduct 22–28 video interviews (25–30 min each), and write up the findings.
This role is remote, with US-based respondents, running about 3–5 weeks. Available as project-based.
What You’ll Do
Recruit respondents through paid panel (Respondent.io, User Interviews)
Screen candidates using a short, pre-built form
Conduct 25–30 minute interviews via Zoom/Meet, following our interview guide
Write a short summary after each interview, same day, including key quotes and metrics
Track recruiting funnel stats (opens, completions, drop-off)
What We’re Looking For
Experience conducting qualitative or user research in-depth interviews
Strong English and comfort speaking with US business owners
Good sense for avoiding leading questions and probing for detail
Organized, with the ability to turn around clean write-ups quickly
Comfortable doing outreach for recruiting
Evening availability
Nice to have: familiarity with JTBD, the Mom Test method, or pricing research like Gabor-Granger
Deliverables
22–28 completed interviews, meeting segment quotas
One written summary per interview
A short recruiting funnel log
Availability for a brief kickoff call and a wrap-up call
Compensation
Project-based: A fixed fee for the full engagement (can be divided into several payments). Rate depends on experience. Respondent gift cards ($75—$100 per interview) are covered separately by the client.
